“Situated adjacent Patterson River and connected to Carrum Beach, GOLDEN’s design approach referenced the locations beautiful setting. Natural materials and earth tones are the basis of the palette; Zaragoza marble in the kitchen, Terra Pesca marble in the bathrooms, fumed oak timber floor boards throughout meet with olive
hued carpets in the bedrooms.

Flamed white veneers are balanced with white lacquered veneers and complimented with brushed platinum metal details, all fixtures in the same tone for consistency throughout. Inclusion of specifically designed pendants in the kitchen and wall lights in the bathrooms by local crafts add custom.

This pinned with fluid planning, home like spaces and sophisticated design details combine to present spaces of quality, timelessness and calm. Importantly, access to the amazing views are emphasised with expansive glazed doors and windows, connecting the interior spaces to the location with fresh air and ventilation abundant.”
